The DAG (Director’s Action Group) Support Specialist provides essential administrative, operational, and task management support. This role ensures the efficient handling of TMT (Task Management Tool) taskers, communications, scheduling, and logistical coordination, contributing to the mission's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

TMT Tasker Management:

  • Manage, track, and process taskers assigned through the TMT system.

  • Ensure timely tasker submissions and responses, maintaining compliance with deadlines and requirements.

  • Coordinate task assignments across departments, monitor progress, and provide status updates to leadership.

Operational Support:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the DAG office, ensuring smooth workflow and alignment with priorities.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Draft, review, and distribute official correspondence, ensuring adherence to Air Force protocols.

  • Act as a liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

Scheduling and Logistics:

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and engagements, including managing calendars and travel itineraries.

  • Provide logistical support for events, ceremonies, and VIP visits.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for TMT taskers, DAG activities, and official reports.

  • Prepare and present reports, summaries, and briefings for leadership review.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant Air Force policies, regulations, and security protocols.

  • Handle classified and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Job requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 10 years’ relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders.

  • Be responsible for daily review/analysis/dissemination of BZ tasks and internal/external communications

  • Use NIPR & SIPR Task Management Tool (TMT) & e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks

  • Assemble and provide instruction on the completion of electronic Staff Summary Sheet (eSSS) packages

  • Effectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (Directorate, Center, MAJCOM, SF, DoD)

  • Provide support to PEO PMRs, All Calls, and other high-level meetings as needed

  • Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables

  • Leads all BZ DAG Members to ensure seamless operations.

  • Detailed knowledge of office logistics, stakeholder management, strategic communications, and problem solving required

  • Ensures BZ leadership is prepared and poised to take organizational and acquisition actions that advance mission delivery

  • Versatile Office Manager mindset required

  • Manages Acquisition reporting (WAR/MARS/etc.)

  • Current TS/SCI with SAP Eligibility

Working Conditions:

  • On-site at LA AFB with occasional travel.
