Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead and drive change management efforts for a large federal government client. This role will serve as the primary contract point of contact, supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive change management programs to ensure the successful adoption of organizational changes. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in organizational change management for large, complex organizations and proven success working with federal agencies, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Serve as the lead contract point of contact for all change management activities, interfacing with and supporting the Government.
Develop and implement large-scale organizational change management programs for complex organizations, including federal agencies.
Create and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Facilitate senior-level stakeholder engagements to drive collaboration and alignment across the organization.
Develop and report on organizational change management-specific metrics to track progress and measure success.
Conduct research and analysis to inform change management strategies and decision-making processes.
Job requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Experience:
Six (6) or more years of professional experience in organizational change management.
Proven expertise in leading change management efforts for large, complex organizations.
Certifications:
Must possess and maintain an industry-recognized Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).
Skills
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Hybrid schedule in Washington D.C
