Job description
Position Title: Management Analyst
Location: Onsite in Washington D.C
Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret required (TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain SCI)
U.S. Citizenship required: This position requires an active or the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as mandated by government contract
Position Overview
OMNI is seeking a detail-oriented Management Analyst to support the stand-up and ongoing administration of a new customer program. This role provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to ensure program requirements are executed effectively as the program matures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with documentation and records management, and the ability to support a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the stand-up and ongoing administration of a new customer program, ensuring operational requirements are met
Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation
Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, presentations, and other written products
Manage and maintain program records and filing systems in both hard and electronic formats
Maintain and update internal SharePoint site content, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Process and manage inbound and outbound Electronic Communications (ECs) and related documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and action item tracking to support program execution
Provide general administrative and program support to leadership and team members
Serve as backup support to senior staff as needed following program training
Job requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in management analysis, program support, or administrative operations
Demonstrated experience drafting SOPs, reports, briefings, and formal documentation
Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining accurate program records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred or ability to obtain SCI
