Position Title: Engineering/Acquisition Support Analyst
Location: El Segundo, CA (On-site)
Clearance: Top Secret clearance

Overview

OMNI is seeking an Acquisition Test & Evaluation Lead to support Space Sensing Program. This role integrates test and evaluation activities with the acquisition lifecycle, ensuring system readiness, risk reduction, and alignment with key milestones such as source selection and CDR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support acquisition-aligned test & evaluation (T&E) strategies

  • Identify test gaps, risks, and system readiness issues

  • Apply verification & validation (V&V) methods

  • Develop/review test plans, CDRLs, and technical documentation

  • Support source selection and acquisition documentation (SOW, RFP inputs)

  • Lead technical discussions and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams

  • Interface directly with the program office on-site

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 8+ years in DoD acquisition, systems engineering, or T&E

  • Experience supporting acquisition milestones (SRR, PDR, CDR)

  • Knowledge of V&V processes and risk assessment

  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
