Job Title: Creative Media & Communications Specialist
Location: El Segundo, CA.
Overview
OMNI is seeking a versatile and innovative Creative Media & Communications Specialist to support cross-functional projects with a focus on video production, digital content creation, and strategic communications. This role blends creativity with structured project support, helping to deliver engaging campaigns, improve processes, and communicate organizational goals effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong design and multimedia skills, paired with organizational and project management abilities, to drive impactful outcomes across diverse initiatives.
Key Qualifications
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions and identify/mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Formal education or experience in design, film, marketing, communications, or related arts/media disciplines.
Experience producing video content for training, events, or informational purposes.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative assets.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience creating digital content for public sector or government-focused initiatives (a plus, but not required).
Basic familiarity with event promotion strategies.

Responsibilities
Create and execute creative videos, artwork, and marketing campaigns.
Design and implement innovative communication tactics to differentiate government offerings.
Support project management and business improvement initiatives.
Develop and deliver strategic communication products for senior leadership and workforce reporting.
Conduct research on new regulations/policies, assess implications for acquisition management, and propose justifications for pilots or prototypes.
Build, test, maintain, and update project management tools and templates; decommission outdated materials as needed.
Develop and track key success metrics, including data collection, monitoring project impact, generating reports, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Active Secret clearance required.
