Job description
Duties include but are not limited to develop, train, brief, integrate, correlate and analyze various phases of PPBE within the DoD portfolio. Activities apply to the Development of the POM, Budget Exhibit Preparation, Staffer Day Briefing preparations, funds receipt, Analysis Reporting, Spring Program Review (SPR), Investment Budget Review, PMRs.
POM (Program Objective Memorandum), PPBE (Planning, Programing, Budgeting and Execution). Expected to perform the following kinds of functions to include but not limited to: performing in-depth research, reconciling complex data/information across multiple systems and reports, interpreting information to generate multiple recommended courses of action, building staffing packages, comprehending and applying concepts/guidance, effectively implementing instructions/policies into routine performance, and developing tools/applications to foster efficiency in day-to-day activities.
Provides Integrated Product Team support, acquisition program reporting, cash flow management and acquisition review support to program office leadership.
Performs acquisition financial execution and funds management using Department of the Air Force financial management systems, including the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCAR) tool.
Job requirements
Bachelor's Degree in in a related field (management, business, economics, finance, accounting mathematics, science, technology, engineering, or statistics)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
4 years shall include duties/assignments in support of Space Programs or Air Force Programs
CCAR is a requirement
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required
Active Secret Security Clearance is required
Hybrid in El Segundo, CA.
Salary range $110K - $125K
